The target audience
CEOs (and Venture Capital Funders) who are responsible to drive high growth and massive transformation. Likelier to be under 50 years old and open to new ways of thinking. Also likelier to be medium size, global companies. (not Fortune 100). Want to transmit a “W” hotels feel – modern with edge. Important that people walk away with the sense that our firm is not like other management/HR/talent development firms. Our consultants are out of Tech … so they are more innovative and cutting edge. Their solutions reflect this POV. They are business relevant … and thus create impact but with a “difference” in how strategy is created, how the solutions are conceptualized and how consultation is delivered. The logo should feel fresh, youthful, dynamic, innovative, trendy (i.e., THESE GUYS are cool!). At the same time, these consultants are highly masterful at their craft … so don’t want style over substance transmitted.

We like these fonts, colors and style
Clean, crisp, professional
Easy to read fonts. MUST FEEL MODERN!
Dislike italics or script as being too formal. Like something more modern, while still being professional.
Colors: like black and white with accent colors in non traditional shades of blue(ie pms 282) and green(ie pms 368), but not limited to these shades. Purple is an option … but no turquoise, please.
The logo has to be able to work in B&W, even tho we want color in it.

Think "W" hotels ... with a twist. Fresh, modern, cutting edge, different yet trendy, high service and high customization feel. Logo should say "these guys are really really different --- in a business relevant way.

Additional considerations/ final comments
The brand will likely be extended to its own subbrands – to work within the logo structure. Feel free to show an example of how a subbrand (ie “Innovation Labs”) could integrate with the logo.
Also, in the future, there may be partners who may use a similar logo or part of the logo.
