What we do
We (OLD SOLE) are currently a Baton Rouge, La. 5-piece local rock and roll cover band with high aspirations. We are looking to promote ourselves better, so first of all we need a good creative, original logo (or brand, if you will). We love playing classic rock, southern rock, blues, country, and funk. We are all in our late 20's/early 30's but have very "old souls" when it comes to music. Our band name OLD SOLE is actually a play on "old soul". We love old soul music but chose to go with the band name OLD SOLE (as in the sole of a shoe, which gets beat up but is the most important part of the shoe). We all have full time jobs and play music (our true passion) on the side. We want our logo to be musical (even "hippie-ishly" themed). We would like to possibly incorporate the sole of a shoe (preferably the old Converse style) as well as guitar(s) in our logo.

3. OLD SOLE loves jamming some good Rock and Roll and loves when an audience really feels it and gets into it.
The target audience
Our target audience will be anywhere from 25 to 65 years old (anyone who loves rock and roll music). The audience can also range from students to highly successful business men and women who enjoy music (anyone who likes to let loose and see live music). We plan on using the logo on flyers that we post to promote our shows as well as for T-shirts and other misc. band paraphanelia.

Please have some logos include some type of old Converse similar style shoe in some creative manner as well as guitar(s) [possibly guitars crossing in an "X" shape]. Surprise us with a variety of fonts and colors if possible. The successful logo will portray our laid back style and love for good music. Thanks!
