The target audience
this should be a cool logo! something a hipster would wear on a tshirt, if it weren't a preschool shirt. clever, simple, not kid like but kid friendly. capable of being used on collateral materials like canvas bags. demographic is kids under 5, parents in 30s and 40s. san francisco a very progressive city. should be visually memorable and unique!
we do have a synagogue logo we may want to incorporate-- depending on the design can do so later. you can see at bethsholomsf.org
We like these fonts, colors and style
this is a tech community thats also into sustainability. the twitter logo is awesome. i don't know the parallel. the goal is a simple, modern design that parents and kids alike will identify with and like.
