Cuasito + Perez Architecture an architectural design partnership that focuses mainly in its passion to provide their clients the best assistance for their space and design needs, which is achieved by thoughtful, creative and comprehensive planning. The partnership started 2006 when they are starting to accept design services as a freelance while still having a day job, 2007 they finally humbly established officially their partnership. Their goal entirely focuses to turn their client’s vision of space desire into space experience and reality.
The partnership provides a wide range of professional services such as site planning, exterior and interior design, and construction administration services. They specialize in Residential and Renovation giving out their utmost special performance and attention to details with its collaborative process and work procedure that stresses teamwork. Thus with such experience they had been capable of working closely with their clients into transforming numerous empty, cluttered and undefined areas into a new breathing space delivering cost effective design results.

Cuasito+Perez Architecture is an architectural design partnership that focuses on a customized design experience for our clients. The partnership composes of Arch. Philip Art E. Perez and Arch. Ferrychie B. Cuasito of Ateneo de Davao University. They achieve their design by thoughtful, innovative and client centered planning. Our passion for design is fueled by our clients dream and desire.
The partnership draws its expertise from a strong range of successful projects in retail boutiques, commercial offices and residential homes. The partnership provides professional services in Site Planning, Interior and Exterior Architectural Design as well as Project and Build-out Management.
The partnership takes pride in its client collaborative process and innovative work procedures that stems team-work, creativity and efficiency towards delivering an unparalleled design build experience.
