What we do
We are a real estate company located in Denver, CO. We are a residential real estate and property management company that looks to expand to commercial real estate and real estate development in the future.

The target audience
All ages and income levels. We are located in Colorado but doesn't have to be a Colorado specific logo (open to designs with or without a colorado theme).
We like these fonts, colors and style
We are open to all suggestions and are looking for a wide array of ideas as we do not have anything really specific in mind.
A few guidelines:
-Do not want a logo that looks cartoony as we would like it professional looking.
-Would like it more modern looking, not old fashioned.
-No houses
-Looking for interesting fonts
-No yellow, purple, pink
Our design will be used on
(Web) (Print Media) (Billboards & Signs)

We like what we see so far but would like to see some more designs that don't necessarily incorporate the BC in the logo. (Maybe if somebody has an idea that is Denver, Colorado or Mountain themed.)
We'd like to see some more ideas with the Denver Millennium Bridge in it!
