What we do
We are a wholesale buying group/group purchasing organization. We combine the buying power of independent Funeral Home owners so that we can negotiate volume discounts with the manufacturers of funeral home products such as caskets, urns and other supplies.

Things to communicate through the design
1. Professionalism, as opposed to light hearted or frivolous
2. Stability of our company, think financial service industry
3. Our members (funeral home directors) see themselves are caring
The target audience
Our target customer is the Funeral Home owner. These are generally small business owners under $1Million per year in sales.
We also have to present a good image to suppliers. These are generally corporations with sales in excess of $100 Million per year.
We like these fonts, colors and style
I am thinking of a design that might appeal to the legal profession or financial services industry.
The graphic theme can be borderline religious in that our customers are death care providers... but do not use any Christian, Jewish or Muslim type symbols.
I would like to see some versions of logos with line art of man that would represent a funeral director.
Some versions that suggest heaven or the hereafter... maybe a sky or star theme?
Would also like to see some versions with just font treatments.
