What we do
MOREHUMAN PARTNERS is a new consulting firm based in Paris - France. Our services include: search & selection, coaching, training and development. We develop innovative hr solutions aligned with our clients' strategy et based on proven research. We represent in France premium assessment and development solutions such as Hoganassessments instruments.

2. We help clients identify and develop talents by giving them scientifically proven tools and techniques
3. We can improve a lot just by using the right interaction techniques, skills and tools with others (candidates, managers, employees...)

The target audience
Mainly HR Directors, HR manager, Recruitment Managers, Training Managers. 80% of them are based in France, 20% in Europe. We want to give an international look to our logo... Our target audience receives hundreds of phone calls per month so we need to have a design that will differentiate and position us immediately.
We serve large multinational clients like: Coca-Cola, Disney, Mercedes, American Express, Ibm, Manpower...

We like these fonts, colors and style
FONT: We like Slab Serif fonts like Ripe (www.ripetype.com.au/?p=48)

COLORS: black, white, blue, grey. If using blue, we would like to find a unusual and dynamic blue

STYLE: we would like a metaphoric design. We firstly thought about a logo representing a speech bubble (the interaction dimension of human relations) that is also a fractal design (one bubble within a second one, within a third one...). We really like fractals when they are simple, easy to understand. We also love visual illusions.

THEMES: communicating with others, doing researching, delivering innovating solutions, making it happen, finding and developing the right talents at the right moment in the right position.

OUR INTERESTS: we collect old psychological books and tests (we have one of the largest collection in the world), we love combining ideas and cultures, we combine our psychological expertise with a real interest for marketing, storytelling and aesthetic/design
