Allows women to exercise from the comfort of their own home. Online classes, articles, recommendations, recipes, tips, forums and blogs. Even if you don't have the time (or babysitter) to go to a gym, there is no reason you can't be fit and happy with your body.

Women who are mothers, who can't find the time to go to the gym, who are shy to participate in classes but who want to change their lifestyle and their bodies.

We like these fonts, colors and style

Vibrant, colorful female focused. Classes I will use are weights, step aerobics, kickboxing and running. This can be incorporated. It needs to stand out.
