Name On Logo: Mobile Logo Wraps
Our Slogan
"Every day's a college fair"
What we do
We work with colleges, universities, and other institutions of higher learning to advertise on independent school district (yellow) buses. We are different from other school bus advertising companies because we are solely geared towards promoting higher education. This allows us to provide a new revenue stream for school districts without any kind of investment on their part.
Industry: Education
Things to communicate through the design
1. We are a company that promotes and values higher education
2. We are a safe investment for colleges, and a trusted partner of school districts
3. Colleges and universities get daily access to students of all ages, maximizing their advertising dollars
The target audience
The target audience is school district staff, administrators, and parents of school children. In addition, our audience also consists with marketing/communications departments of colleges, universities, and technical schools. Most of these are non-profit public or private schools, but some may be for-profit technical schools and online universities. The demographic is educated, middle-income, and care about student development and promoting higher education.
We like these fonts, colors and style
Exercise your creativity! I like the idea of having a school bus in the logo design, but it's not necessary. MobileLogoWraps is usually written as one word, but can be split for the sake of the logo. I like blues, greens, gray, and a touch of red. Stay away from any kind of orange. If you use yellow, do not make it the main or even secondary color. Stencil fonts are okay (as in the side of a school bus), but I prefer that the M, L, and W are capitalized and the rest of the letters are lowercase. I am very open to your artistic interpretation with fonts, colors, etc., and I will choose a winner that best fits our company's personality and focus. We're professional but not uptight. We're educators, but don't think of a stuffy college professor. We want to come off as a safe investment, but we're essentially an advertising company, so I'd like to see a happy medium between financial planning companies and daycare centers...if that makes sense.
Our design will be used on

The "tagline" doesn't have to be used in the design. I'd like to see something that can eventually be used without any words attached to it, like the Mercedes symbol or the McDonald's arches. Don't worry about being too conservative either. A little bold is fine with me.
As I review them with my business partners, we like the use of the bus, but we also like the versatility of an "implied" bus/vehicle...and something that can be a stand-alone logo.
