I am a Washington, DC Real estate agent. Below you can read my business philosophy.

My “Client-Centered” Approach to Real Estate
It takes a lot to deliver outstanding real estate services in DC's increasingly complex market. Staying current on market trends, mortgage rates, negotiation strategies, legislative updates, loan programs and new technologies are just a handful of components that play a vital role in my goal to place the client’s needs at the forefront of everything I do.

This "client-centered" approach to real estate focuses on three core concepts, all centered around providing complete support and effective solutions for the client's benefit:

1) Continuous improvement on anything and everything real estate related, which allows me to provide clients with expert local market knowledge and counsel

Interests: Interior design, Theater, Restaurants, Entertaining at home, art, outdoors, fitness, fashion, friends, family
Lifestyle: Active and healthy lifestyle. Enjoys taking advantage of some of the finer things in life but not snobby or conceited about it.

We like these fonts, colors and style
Strong branding: I'm trying to brand my name as a top DC real estate agent, so I like the idea of having my initials "CB" designed as a major component of the brand with my name spelled out somewhere in the design

Would prefer typography, rather than image design, unless the image was able to convey my business and philosophy in a somewhat abstract way. Not interested in any DC monument or building images.

Prefer san serif fonts, but serif and script could work as long as it feels clean and contemporary

Preferred green and gray or yellow and gray or orange and gray or other unique contrasting 2 color combination.

Style should be contemporary or modern, but not cold. Should be refined and stylish, yet approachable. Needs to be more horizontally, than vertically oriented to work as a sign rider, business cards and other real estate applications

Attached are some sample logos I think are interesting. I like the style of all of them, but they may be just a very small bit too impersonal feeling, but the layout of each is good.

One thing to keep in mind is that both the name and the initials will need to be readable from a yard sign, so the print on the Daniel Eckler logo and the centered Precision Products logo may be too small.
