What we do

We are a small company with many large competitors. We custom process and develop value added seafood and occasionally other foods for restaurant chains. We pay great attention to detail vs our competition. Beer battered fish, coconut shrimp, crab,salmon and scallops. Mostly fish and shrimp.

We have years of experience and pride our selves on raisng the bar to make sure that the products we make are something that chefs can be proud to serve as their own.
