We like these fonts, colors and style
Some of my favorite design elements are paisley, french, parisien style, fleur de lis, elegant emblems, Victorian, vintage touch and nice scripts. Anything that is sophisticated and classy, yet modern - I do not want the logo to be so scripty that it can not be legible, but a play on the words Maria Rosa Catering and Events would be great. My color favs are browns, red, gold, black, grey, green. Something with a little modern mixed with vintage. I also want the look and feel to be strong and warm.

Think victorian... vintage... i like the designs with feather too...
don't forget to add a pinch of modern touch enough to make it look fresh and new. kitchen utensils may also be used.
I saw the website of dazzle and I like their victorian and vintage business card designs...
