What we do
We manage 725 apartment units divided into three sections: Juniper Pointe, Juniper Ridge, and Juniper Court. We would maybe like all three divisions or names worked into the logo in some way. If not, we would like to be able to use the same logo and just change the word "Apartments" to "Ridge" "Court" or "Pointe".

The target audience
Lower to middle income apartment renters. We do not take HUD or Section 8, but our apartments are on the lower end of the rent scale. We take all ages. Location is Arlington in Jacksonville, Florida. Right on bus line and close to downtown.
We like these fonts, colors and style
Attaching corporate logo with company colors. We would like to utilize some of the same colors but it is not absolutely necessary. Prefer something modern that makes sense - not just a random shape but symbolic of the apartment industry and/or a Juniper tree or flower. Looking for brand recogition. People should be able to remember the name by looking at the picture and understand that these are apartments for rent.
