We like these fonts, colors and style

I would like the words "All Star" in yellow, with perhaps the letter "A" to be in the form of a star, maybe in the form of a person. the "All Star" section can use a more fun, active looking font. I would like the word "PEDIATRICS" in red, with all capital, and more bold appearing letters.
