Our serviced apartments are located in a heritage protected building right along the river Rhine, the building has just been extensively renovated to the highest standards throughout; the Logo should possibly reflect the heritage, history and upmarket feeling of it. Our guests will be international and probably 80% business guests. There is the possibility for guests for one night only, but the focus will be to rent the rooms for long periods, like i.e. expats who come to germany or employees of big companys, who stay for some weeks/ months/ years. Because of that, all our rooms are established with a kitchenette and we will realize every wish of our guests. It will be a very individual service, appreciating all the different values of the guests culture.

- Mostly Business Guests from all over the world
- Tourists who come for a weekend or a few days to discover Germany
- Employees who spend 4 days a week in germany because of their project/company
- Families who moved to germany and stay in the apartmenthouse for a period of time.
- Age: from young to old, but I think the focus will be between 30 and 50 years old business-
guests.
- Sex: 60% male, 40 female
- People who come to germany in order to make an operation because of health or beauty.

not so colorful, we prefer soft colors like anthrazit/grey, white, black, maybe a soft green, blue or purple.
Maybe our Logo can combine a symbol and our companys name
