What we do
SFRR is a voluntary based club who love to mountain bike and build and maintain single track - sustainable mountain bike trails. We organise bike events in our region ( southern Flinders Rangers in South Australia ) and this money goes towards maintaining these bike trails. All volunteers go out and build these trails by hand with a pick and shovel, it is hard work and time consuming. As these trails are single track ( very narrow trails ) this means that there are no bobcats or big bulldozers! these trails weave in and around the natural vegetation ie creek beds / gum trees etc.

Things to communicate through the design
1. We want to encourage riders to join the club so the more volunteers there are to help us the more trails we get to build for riders to enjoy.
2. We would like to gain momentum in the industry and be renowned for building sustainable and awesome single track mountain bike trails - ie like a revolution!
3. We would like to use this logo on a tshirt / merchandise as well as a standard logo.
The target audience
People who would buy this tshirt / merchandise with this logo majority are bike riders who believe in what we are doing - have riden the trails and want to support us in some way and so by buying these things they are contributing in the maintenance and building of trails they have riden.
The riders are usually between 25-45 age group majority male high income.
We like these fonts, colors and style
Colours - This region is known for its burnt orange and greens - due to the red gum trees, lovely sunsets, dessert soil, red for the sturt dessert pea flower well known in this region ( not that i want you to add this to the design )
Black is strong so would be happy with the black / burnt orange and red colors.
Big bold fonts something that stands out.
Revolution style concept i think with out it looking to Religious or political.
