What we do
Hi! I'm b...and I'm the creator of this new blog, The Black Cynic. I'm a near 30, gay, African American male with a not-so optimistic look on life. Ok...let me quit playing and be brutally honest; I'm a proud cynic who likes to keep it real and proper. This blog will discuss a variety issues, topics, and interests, entertainment, and celebrity updates locally and abroad. All from my perspective and point-of-view.

Things to communicate through the design
1. High brand potential- something my readers can trust and look to for good information.
2. Visually appealing and marketable.
3. Effective in increasing visibility, memorability, credibility, and definitely add personality to my brand identity.
The target audience
Age: 18-35 and up
Sex: Any
Lifestyle: Any but targeted more to LGBT
We like these fonts, colors and style
I've attached a scanned copy something I thought of when I visioned my logo. Please only use it as a starting point. Here are a few other characteristics and pointers that might help guide you:
- Strong emphasis on the "b" in black and the "c" in cynic since b.c. are the initials of my birth name.
- Font can be uppercase, lowercase, or a mixture. I'd prefer the "b" be lowercase as my signature for signing blog posts is simply "b..."
-Cool fonts. Dafont.com is my go-to place for cool and interesting fonts.
-Dark colors to add to the more serious tone of the blog.
