What we do
We are a family owned pet store that has been in business for 32 years. We are up against a big corporate chain of pet stores owned by a foreign company. Our point of difference is that we are New Zealand owned. We provide a level of service and knowledge that "they" just cannot compete with. We genuinely care about the welfare of our pets and those of our customers - not just about sales targets and profit growth

The target audience
All pet owners but predominantly females over 30. In NZ, pet stores are predominantly frequented by "pet passionates" those that believe their pets are members of the family. They believe price is no object when it comes to their "babies" We also serve customers that love their pets but do shop on price.

We are in the process of opening our second site that is being built to resemble a barn/rustic theme and this logo will be used on large storefront signage.
