What we do
We serve up delicious, original grilled panini sandwiches. Boar's head Brand cold cuts, locally baked artisan breads, custom house made sandwich spreads and the freshest veggies and cheeses. Crispy outside, hot n' melty on the inside. We have giant fresh salads with house made dressings and me make our own gelato (italian ice cream).
We serve a local neighborhood clientele in a family oriented community.

The target audience
Family- mom and dad, working adults looking for delicious lunch or dinner locally owned non chain casual cafe, high school and college students who appreciate great taste and quality and who are willing to pay for it.

I am trying to highlight my personality and experiences as a trained chef with a huge passion for italian culture and cuisine. This idea is our new direction so current look logo menu does not really reflect this new italian flair, subtle italian with emphasis on cuisine and culture and my knowledge of the italian language and cuisine... coupled with italianizing I will be blogging and touting myself as an expert chef in italian cuisine. This is not currently reflected in the menu save for the fact that panini are italian could be a little confusing
We like these fonts, colors and style
Clean clear, upscale but friendly not cartoony, I like our current maroon oval and our font is temps sans but not married to it. Been here for almost 9 years and our our second location 3 years and I believe that our current logo does have recognition in the community I want the observer of our logo to know we are expert at making paninis on a high level of quality and taste and that it will be the best thing that they eat all day. Crispy outside, hot n, melty inside
And then i would like to add some subtle elements to indicate a nod to italy. We will be changing the interior colors to a light orange and mid tone green. Ck out our website
