What we do
When a new foreclosed house is received be a real estate broker they must inspected the property for repairs. The broker must generate a report to the bank of the repairs and their cost. This new Ipad app allows a person to input what they find wrong in the house and then calculate what the cost will be and creates a report for the broker to send to the bank. This make the process faster and the pricing much more accurate.
