What we do
We offer private label fund solutions. An asset manager can have a mutual fund with us. The asset manager is responsible for the asset management and the distribution of the mutual funds. Our services is designing the fund with the best fund domicile (Cayman Island, Liechtenstein, Switzerland, Luxembourg), will arrange the approval with the relevant financial authority. During the life time of the fund, we will calculate and publish NAV, ensure regulatory compliance of the fund, prepare and produce annual reports, etc.
