Our target audience are the accredited investors and wealth managers who represent the investors, that invest/partner in our deals. These investors are baby boomers, professionals, male, 40-60, educated and smart with their money. Have disposable income and like the finer things in life.
Our audience are the sellers or seller's real-estate brokers who consider our purchase offers. Our image has to professional.
Our audience are the lenders who finance our acquisitions.

I like simple, tasteful design, yet not boring.
More progressive or simple elegance versus traditional; no greek columns please.
I would like the CMK to be the bold part of the logo and perhaps colors with Red and dark grey although I am wide open to ideas.
No cartoons.
