The 1 Web is an internal group within our organization. It is basically our web department. In contrast with some of our other departments this group is young, innovative, and in many ways the future of our business.
We are responsible for building and maintaining our various websites.

It will be used on various internal documents, websites, etc.
Viewed by all members of our organization, 25-60, men and women, mainly in the energy industry, high degree of education.
We like these fonts, colors and style
I'd like the design to be fun, not too serious or corporate. Very web 2.0, or 3.0...
I like effective minimalism, like this:

But I also want to convey imagination. I like the idea of a cloud being involved since that represents both imagination and the internet these days.
We need a logo that can be recognized and used without the "1 Web" part as well...
