The target audience
Executives, Baby boomers, Land owners. Mainly male with above average income, six-firgure. Self made or college degree with interest in hunting, fishing, recreation and outdoors. Typically want to own a second home, ranch or getaway to enjoy their life - family, privacy or solitude. Some want to own or lease to keep up with the Jones. Others want to lease land as a getaway or to hunt on the property because they can't afford to buy. Additional income for land owners who don't have interest in hunting. Bulk of clients subside in Texas, but not limited to Texas only. It's a manly thing to own or lease a ranch. Try to preserve the natural landscape and quality of life.

Remember hunting + ranch life. Not cowboys & indians, but an outdoorsman. Not a cattle or horse rancher, but the recreational type. Example; an attorney buys a ranch for a getaway. Family, friends, hunting, this is a lifestyle. You either purchase or lease. You sit on the porch and drink coffe, take your son hunting and enjoy solitude. Ideas: Ranch brands, Entrance gates, fences, grasses, wild animals i.e. - deer, elk, sporting game. No domestic animals or varmits. No guns or steer, Not the old west, but the new sophosticated Jerimiah Johnson.
