I currently use my signature, which I love, and would like to incorporate it - either using the asterisk or freshening up the signature.

Overall, I would like the logo to have some hidden significance that's iconic, forward thinking, and clever. However, I believe that my signature is very meaningful. It denotes that I stand behind my work and the asterisk stands out, harkening back to my first love: writing.

What adjectives should best describe my logo?
Chic, fashion-forward, polished, professional, classic

I want others to see my professionalism, but also the unique flair and attention to detail and appearance that i possess.

Some logos I like:
