What we do
Honor the Women is an annual event hosted by Family Resources, a non-profit with the mission to strengthen children, families and individuals by providing quality services that engage community resources to create effective solutions. See
[Login to view URL] The goals of the Honor the Women event are to 1.) honor and celebrate women 2.) educate and raise awareness on the issues of rape and sexual assault, and 3.) raise funds for the Quad Cities Rape/Sexual Assault Advocacy & Counseling program.

1. Women are to be honored and celebrated
2. The strength of women and that they are often at their finest in adversity.
3. Hope and possibility
The target audience
Both men and women, all ages, incomes, occupations, etc.
We like these fonts, colors and style
The logo should have the words Honor the Women in large letters, but the words Family Resources need to be included (smaller letters) also.
We want this event to focus on the fact that women are their finest in adversity. Focus on hope and possibility.

This in mind, we are thinking some kind of candle or flame as a part of the logo.
Would like to leave font, color, style up to the artist.
