What we do
Houston Home Revival is a property "resale" company who purchases distressed properties at a below market price, then renovates and sells the properties for a profit. Houston Home Revival has the unique ability to renovate homes with a high degree of detail and quality in established neighborhoods and then market and sell these properties to buyers who want more in a home. In addition to whole house renovations, Houston Home Revival has the ability to do historic home renovations, house additions, new constructions, and green remodeling construction.

The target audience
Houston Home Revival will strategically target the 25-65 year old upper middle class segments in the Houston metro area. Realtor referral will be the key type of marketing strategy utilized. Maintaining and further enhancing its reputation in the community is crucial to gaining additional market share of this target market.

First Time Home Buyers

The first market segment of buyers are families with children who are moving into the established communities. These families are first time home buyers looking for a good home to raise their children. The first time buyer, who represents half of all buyers, will want great neighborhoods with highly rated public schools as well as easy access to transportation and shopping. The first time home buyer will have price concerns as well as want the most bang for their dollar. This segment will need to be convinced that the new home will be a great investment for their families future. First time home buyers are typically in their early twenties to early thirties.

Young Urban Professional

The second market segment of buyers is the young urban professional who want a home close to business and entertainment districts. This buyer generally has multiple income streams and will pay more for a home that is cutting edge in design and function. This buyer will use the home for living, entertaining as well as work. These buyers typically do not have children and range in age from early thirties to early fifties.
Empty Nester

The third market segment of the population that we will target is the empty nester. This segment of buyers are people over the age of fifty whose children have moved out of their larger more expensive homes in the suburb. This buyer is now moving back to town looking to down size their home and to be closer to things such as restaurants, shopping and health care facilities. This buyer is not as concerned with price but rather looking for a high end home with function which requires no repairs and minimal maintenance.

We like these fonts, colors and style
classy yet fresh and contemporary....The logo and name will be used on signs that will be on the properties that we are doing construction on. This will be the brand which people who are driving by our properties will see. We want to be a highly visible company in our market place
