Roatan.org is going to be a Travel informaton portal for the island of Roatan. Roatan, Honduras is located in the Western Caribbean and is a popular destination with Scuba Divers and is a featured stop on many Western Caribbean Cruise Ship itineraries. The site will have reviews of local Hotels, Resorts, Restaurants, Shore Excursions, etc.

The target audience
To diverse to define exact demographics of visitors. Roatan is popular with the hippy back packer crowds on a budget. avid scuba divers (of all ages), mega millionaire yachters, and older retiree type cruise ship passengers as well as retired americans who now call Roatan their home.
The one thing that they all have in common is the desire to enjoy the relaxing, sunny, beach paradise of Roatan
We like these fonts, colors and style
Logo should look goood on a white background. I like Blues (think translucent blue Caribbean water), Greens (Tropical Jungle, lush vegetation green like Banna leafs or the Geico Gecko), Orange-ish Yellow (think Golden Tropical Sunshine).
Basically, the logo should scream Relaxing Caribbean paradise :)

Once the winner is chosen, I would also like to have a favicon, and an apple sized icon (square with rounded corners) provided.
I have lots of web based projects and design needs. There is a very real opportunity for the winning designer to make additional money on different projects.
