What we do
We seek a programmatic logo for "TrophyCatch." Trophy catch is an angler recognition program of the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission to promote catch and release of largemouth bass over 8 pounds. Anglers receive a graduated series or prizes and increasing recognition based on the size of bass they catch, report and release. Our message is trophy bass are important ecologically, economically and socially. Our goal is to create more opportunity to catch trophy bass and more Florida anglers.

The target audience
Recreational anglers. This will be promoted nationally and internationally. Current demographics are predominantly middle-aged white males; however, we are interested in increasing participation by women, minorities and international travelers.
We like these fonts, colors and style
We are looking for vector art that can go from a business card (or engraving on a ring) to a billboard. A rendition that can be created with a spot color but enhanced with 4-color process to enliven in for print and television would be ideal.
Having a font style that is reproducible in Microsoft Word using specific kerning/leading would be advantageous as well so that it stands out in print documents. However, this is not a requirement.
The attached drawing is just an example of a largemouth bass sketch used on our conservation tags--it does NOT need to be included in the design. Similarly, the photos are for artists not familiar with Florida trophy bass as a point of reference.
