What we do
I am a local jewelry designer in LA and I'm trying to sell my line on an online shop. I'm working on my website and I need to have my logo.

The target audience
Females in their 20s and 30s who are design-conscious. My jewelry line has Kanji text which is Japanese. Each piece has a its own theme, such as "love," peace" or "perseverance," so my primary customers are women who want to be stylish.
We like these fonts, colors and style
I like the style of Jennifer Meyer, AURORA LOPEZ MEJIA, Alex Woo. Please check their websites. My line is kind of the same as theirs. I also like the handwriting logo by calligraphy like Elizabeth & James and Akiko Clothing too. I've attached a sample logo that I tried to make myself although it doesn't look perfect.
I would like to have this kanji character "真" in the logo somewhere, yet I don't want the overall look of the logo to seem Japanese at all. I know this sounds difficult, but that's what I'm after. The target for my products are young American women. The stylish the better, I don't want cheesy.
Any completely new design acceptable. It will be used to be on website, jewelry boxes, pouches, business card and tags.
