What we do
på forkant means "a head of things" in Danish. (the slogan means: leadership, coooperation and communication) I´m a girl who just created my own company. I work with consulting processes i companies. My work is all about creating good dialogs - constructive social, strategic and specific operating agreements. Leadership training, solve conflicts, workplace bullying and in all - work strengthbased with work related challenges. I have a degree in communication and psychology from Roskilde University.

The target audience
Managers and employees who want development in their work. It can be leaders who are facing a serious problem or leaders who continually works with internal development.

- green and/or brown- calm colors.
- lowercase letters
- I have a small tatoo, whitch i would like to have somewhere in my logo. I have oploaded it.
- I Don't like things to be too "girly".
