What we do
I am a Certified Life Coach providing weight loss coaching to women who are ready to get off the diet roller coaster and end their battle with weight loss once and for all. My practice will address the emotional aspects of weight loss. Weight loss coaching offers a permanent solution to weight loss through lifestyle management and lasting changes in self-limiting beliefs and beliefs about the client's relationship to food.

The target audience
My practice will be marketed to middle and upper middle class women of all ages in suburban Orlando, Fl. These will be women who have struggled with weight loss, tried many diets and failed to address the emotional
and lifestyle issues related to food and being overweight.
We like these fonts, colors and style
I am not particular about the style. It, however, should NOT be at all medical or clinical. The more creative the better! The concept should reflect the multiple meanings of the word LIGHT eg. the opposite of heavy, the opposite of dark and the opposite of serious.

I like the angel figure with the angel wings and would like to see more of that if anyone has a good idea.
