Mission Statement:
Oh Man!: “An expression used to convey the instinctive reaction to a stimulus, be it a physical object or an abstract thought.” When you walk into the scene, you aren’t afraid of being in the spotlight and getting everybody’s attention. Whether you’re a trendsetter, a jet-setter, or uncategorized, you know that your outfit is just as important as anything else in your presentation.

Oh Man! Clothing looks to act upon the next generation of fashion forward consumers that aren’t afraid to look and feel good. When our customers wear our gear, we want them and others to think “Oh Man!”

The target audience
Right now, we mostly make men's clothing. Our target audience is ages 15-30 and anybody else who likes to wear casual clothing. Our products include tees, fleece, flannels, etc. Similar brands that fit in the urban streetwear category are Dissizit, LRG, Hundreds, Stussy, Crooks & Castles, Black Scale, etc.

Again, feel free to browse around our sites listed above to see what we're all about.

We like these fonts, colors and style
The MOST important thing I am looking for out of this logo, is to have some type of symbol that represents my company and can also be easily identified and recreated (but still stands out). Good examples are the Nike swoosh and the Adidas stripes. Bad examples include the following because even though they are easy to identify, they are hard to recreate: the Ecko rhino, the Puma puma, Vans skateboard. Additionally, it must look good and integrate well into a shoe.

The symbol's colors should be able to be interchangeable regardless of whether it is a solid color(s) or a gradient. For example, the Nike swoosh is still recognizable in any color. I would prefer that the symbol itself be one or two colors at most (more leaning towards one). It is most important that the symbol looks good in a solid color since it would be silkscreened onto shirts and accessories.

I would really like to use serif fonts such as OptimusPrinceps and other fonts along those lines for a more grown look. Sans serif fonts such as helvetica and bebas neue are nice too though.

Our design will be used on

Additional Info Added Apr 20, 2011
*** when i say "men's urban fashion", i mean men's streetwear.
*** I'd also like to see some logos with serif fonts
*** I am looking for a logo that is a little more smooth, organize, simple, but still eye catching. the logo does not necessarily need the letters "o", "h", or "m" in it. i am simply looking for some type of logo or symbol that embodies the values of my company. one great example is the nike swoosh. the term "nike" refers to the ancient Greek goddess of victory which is why the check-mark looking swoosh is a great logo symbolizing victory.
