What we do
A 10 person class7 days a week, 50 minutes in length, that is an evolution of Pilates. It uses a machine called a megaformer, and it really strengthens and elongates the musclesof the entire body. This workout is a lot more intense than pilates. It is based on a workout devised by a celebrity fitness trainer out of los angeles. We are bringing this concept to the atlanta area. Our other studio is a personal training facility, and it is called Eclipse. We wanted to stay with the celestial them...Eclipse (moon) and Stellar... as in stars.....
