We are a general practice law firm focused on civil litigation and business law. Also practice in following areas: corporate formation; contract law; estate planning; special needs trusts; criminal defense; personal injury and insurance law. We leverage experience, creativity and technology to provide economical and effective legal solutions. We try not to fall into the "stuffy lawyer" category... more casual in our approach and relationships... but intense as need dictates.

The target audience
Businesses and individuals in need of meaningful access to legal services through a creative and consultative relationship. Target client would be a business owner or relatively sophisticated individual looking for a trusted legal advisor to provide effective solutions. Most clients live in Kansas City metro area.
We like these fonts, colors and style
Would like to update existing logo to a more contemporary concept. Theme color has been a medium blue. We use Times New Roman for text in letter, etc. Font for logo could be more contemporary, such as Tahoma, which we use for emails. The "JLF" acronym as appearing in our existing logo is used pretty universally by clients and staff. A "cleaner" look would be ideal. Also must be easy to incorporate on letterhead and business cards.
