International Enneagram Association Logo Design Contest
Name On Logo: International Enneagram Association
Our Slogan
We envision a world in which the Enneagram is widely understood and constructively used.
What we do
Our mission is to provide a worldwide hub for the sharing of all developments in the theory and ethical application of the Enneagram. To fulfill our vision and mission, we do the following:
• Sponsor the most dynamic gathering of Enneagram experts worldwide: the IEA Conference is held annually in major cities throughout the United States
• Offer high-quality publications such as Nine Points (the IEA quarterly newsletter), and the Enneagram Journal to keep members updated with the most recent Enneagram developments and IEA latest news and events
• Maintain an innovative, interactive and resource-rich website providing up-to-date, useful information
• Support the growth and development of IEA Chapters, International Affiliates and Partners, offering unparalleled opportunities for members to play an active Enneagram role in local communities
• Offer challenging and rewarding opportunities for leadership, ranging from local hands-on involvement to national visibility: volunteering at conferences and chapter events, creating IEA local chapters or alliances, or becoming an IEA or Chapter Board Member
• Support and foster Enneagram-related research
• Facilitate adherence to high ethical standards in Enneagram-related training, research, promotional activities, and applications
Industry: Non-Profit

Things to communicate through the design
1. The Enneagram itself
2. We’re an international organization, with affiliate organizations in 19 countries (and growing)
3. We foster a sense of community

The target audience
Our demographic is interested in personal development and growth; some from a more psychological perspective, others from a more spiritual one.
Three main audiences:
1. Professionals who use the Enneagram in their work, e.g. coaches, therapists, managers, spiritual directors.
2. People who are enthusiastic about using the Enneagram in their own personal development
3. Schools that train people in the ethical and professional use of the Enneagram.

Additional Info Added Mar 26, 2011
It's important to include the Enneagram symbol in some manner in the logo.
The slogan is just for your guidance; it is not part of the logo.

A complementary color (other than grey) will help with suggesting a sense of invitation or community.

Logos should have a white background. (This helps with being inviting.)
