The target audience
Hollywood Elite. People who are already successful in the entertainment industry. People who have had some success already, and need a company like ours to help them get a record contract or sign a TV deal.
We like these fonts, colors and style
I like The Weinstein Company which uses a simple symbol that cleverly uses the letter W made up of three "spotlights."
As a young company looking to compete with the much more powerful companies, we want to project a "changing of the guard." The logo should have an elite, yet stable feel to it.
Should have a slight modern appeal to it.

THE TEXT!!! The text should be platinum gray with a slight reflection. Place a thin line between Perk Nation and Talent Management.
THE GRAPHIC!!! The graphic can be a crest or shield. I am open to that idea! But platinum gray or platinum gold in color. The graphic can have a splash of color, but not too much. The graphic must be representative of one's star potential or our ability to make things happen!
