The target audience

The target audience is youth leaders, but we want youth to model the logo. Therefore we something that is cross-generational

We like these fonts, colors and style

I just want something that becomes my trade mark for youth ministry that will be placed in all my books, materials, and uniforms. Just like the New York Yankees, but not that font. Not sure what font or color. I like white on black or dark blue as a start, but I am open.
