What we do
The AMI is a private music school in a small village in the South of France... adults, children, classical, jazz. It's "international" in the sense that the teachers are of various nationalities and musical backgrounds. The school holds a non-traditional approach to music education compared to most conservatories in France. (Grand opening in September)

We like these fonts, colors and style
The idea I would like to build upon is to have the logo be similar to shop signage that you see frequently in France (see images)... but with a twist: the "walking man" on the sign (logo) is carrying a musical note. The concept: music going out into the world. Almost as if the sign (logo) is saying, "Attention, musicians at work." It encompasses the international aspect of the school, too, because signs are designed to be understood by foreigners.
As for font and color: I'm up for ideas.
