What we do
I am a comedian/magician/motivator who entertains and speaks to kid, family, and corporate audiences. When people ask if I do large illusions, I have always said that my biggest "prop" is the audience. I get them involved so they feel a part of the show. Throughout my show, whenever I finish a fun routine, they pump their fists in the air and all shout "Tim that's amazing!" in unison. It's very playful and fun, and gives great continuity to my show. I would like to incorporate this feeling into my logo. Ideally, I would like the logo to communicate this without resorting to a tagline. I want the logo to be a visual explanation of the words "Tim, that's amazing!"

The target audience
My audiences are mainly school assemblies, large church events (1,000 or more people), and corporate banquets. Both fans and potential clients will see this logo. They will MOSTLY be parents of elementary age children.... think like an audience for "Disney on Ice".
We like these fonts, colors and style
I am really starting with the logo as far as rebranding my stuff.... so I don't want to limit your creativity. I like the idea of the logo communicating a feeling. For instance, this tostitos logo shows 2 people sharing salsa.

For example, my logo could have a crowd of cartoonish characters pumping their fists and shouting "tim that's amazing!" with buggy eyes and happy looks on their face. (I'm not locked into that idea only...that's just an example.) What I sell in my show is not that I do the best tricks or comedy in the world, but that the audience will have a great time at my show and feel like they have experienced something special as a group.

By the way, this should not look like a boring, bland corporate logo. But I think you already know that. : )
I also want to be careful of the "pumping fist". If that's going to be included it can't look like a sign of aggression or defiance. (if you can't make that work, leave it out)
it could be an audience of people in an old time theater with a stage, footlights, etc. I almost hate to make these kinds of suggestions, because I don't want to limit your creativity! Surprise me with something brilliant!
Also, if any elements of magic are included, I would want them to be very subtle. (top hat, etc) I'm not a traditional magician at all.

IMPORTANT: I'd love to see some ideas doing something creative with the words "tim that's amazing"... where I really feel like they are an integral part of the logo.
I am definitely looking for something that looks like a custom designed logo. (not some clip art thrown together with a cool font)
Although I perform for kids a lot, this logo should not look "childish".
For instance, my "pro-kids" logo is not "kiddyish".

It's clean, crisp, and the line drawing of the kid is just right for my tastes in that logo. For this new logo, I'm not looking for a logo with a crowd of kids in it. It should appeal to all types of my audiences.
I'm looking for clean, crisp, cool, modern, relevant, hip, fun!
