Name On Logo: DocBox

This name and logo will be used for a SharePoint application within our company to help facilitate document management, implement document retention policies and enhance automated work flows. DocBox is a name that was chosen by employees for the SharePoint system to enhance user buy in.

We are a company of about 70 employees who are dispersed all over the United States. We are moving to a SharePoint system to enhance collaboration and streamline document management. Finding the last and final version of past projects always seems to be a challenge and our hope is that DocBox will help solve that problem. Our audience is our employees, many of whom have been working with us for 10+ years.

We are a nonprofit organization that helps people with spinal cord injuries and disorders, so our employees are generally optimistic do-gooders who enjoy helping others. Their ages range from 19 to 70, with the vast majority in their low to mid-30's.

The only example that comes to mind is DropBox. The logo is clean, straight forward and memorable.
