What we do
Developer of high-end beach front property on the Sea of Cortez, Mexico.
We are focusing on wealthy families that want to live in a private community on the Sea of Cortez that has resort ammenities including a golf course.
This property has large dunes about 100 feet high that look down on the Sea of Cortez with abundant marine life.
Industry: Real Estate

Things to communicate through the design
1. A typestyle for Parayso that connote elegance, yet also have casual aspects (somewhat balanced). Defintely, NOT too "scripty" typestyle on the Parayso, nor too "corporate" or bold. Easily readable but with a casual aspect, too.
2. The logo should be simple and somewhat unique. A little or even a lot "abstract" is OK but needs to be "understandable" and "memorable" We want "Parayso" and the logo to work together, not one overpower the other.
3. We want the logo to bring people to the sea. Items that might be incorporated (but not all together). One or none might work: Sun, sunset, birds (seagullss, pelicans), dolphins, whales and/or whale's tails, etc.

The target audience
Wealthy high-end world market that is between the ages of 25 and up. This would be a world audience so it needs to appeal to many different countries. People who are looking for a special beach community to have a second or third residence. This property will be 1 acre which is larger than most other beach properties in most countries. They will sell for $2,000,000 and up! A lot and home would average $3,000,000 and more. This is a high-end development with less than 150 residences on 450 acres.

We like these fonts, colors and style
Items that "might" be incorporated (but not all together). One or none might work: Sun, sunsets, birds (seagulls, pelicans), dolphins, whales, and /or whales tails, etc. Palm trees not high on the list, but 'may' be used.
we don't need a great range of color, more colors are fine, but 2 or 3 colors could work, too. Colors with shades of orange, yellow, blue and black are fine.
