The target audience
High End Luxury Resiential market. We work with clients directly and also appeal to home builders and developers working on new and existing homes. A new division that is developing is multi family lobby and hallway design - appeal to property managers and building managment boards. This is not currently seen on our website.
Location - work anywhere but focused on North East - NYC, NY, CT, NJ, East PA
Our clients: are high net worth, higher eductaion professionals. They are looking for a beauitful home and need guidance on how to achieve this and/or even what is needed.
Our ideal client wants beauty for their home but also has the desire for a sustainable home.
We like these fonts, colors and style
We want our look to be modern, elegant and sophisticated. Think Gucci and Calvin Klein. We don't want "green" eco logical look - no leaves, trees, or earths. Not too corporate either. We want to see a clean look.
Open to color suggestions does not have to be green - this may be cliche. Love Browns, off shades (green too) not clear colors.
Tag line not needed but can be Sustainable Design or Bringing Sustainablity Home or open to suggestions.

After careful review of listing and veiwing submissions I have the following comments: I am not married to the colors on my website ie. red/green, I like a heavier font so the name will pop off the page, I generally prefer the linear use of upper case than the lower case round circles in eco.
Colors - Love the green and brown colors. Also like off colors like turquoise and lime green. I want the logo to be bold so it can stand alone and look good on a website where more is going on. I like the use of letters and graphic element. Not huge fan of beige or tans.
