What we do
We’re creating an online self-help TV show that will take people step-by-step through solving some of life’s biggest challenges.
Each episode will focus on specific topic. Prominent topics will include teaching people how to have emotional freedom (feel the way they want, when they want—be it confident, relaxed, calm, passionate, happy, optimistic etc)… personal power & liberation from major limitations that have been holding them back (how to break limiting habits—be it negativity, low confidence, bad habits, getting over past hurts, depression, lack of motivation, shyness etc)… have amazing relationships… and be fit and strong (emotionally but also physically).
* The tagline has the word Edutainment which means education and entertainment as one.

Things to communicate through the design
1. This will help you become a powerful, passionate, alive person who will very soon be enjoying all the things you can only dream about now
2. You will learn how to be in charge of your life (but on a backdrop of being a true leader, making a difference in the world - being a force for good, in your own unique way also).
3. I also want the logo to convey DEEP HOPE, LIBERATION from the biggest limitations standing in your way, and personal power. Life is going to be much more fun, fulfilling, and rewarding at a deeper level!
The target audience
Men and women who want to live exceptional lives, but may be currently struggling with one or more challenges in life. Age range is mainly between 20 and 40 years old.
We like these fonts, colors and style
I have created my own ROUGH logo design in Microsoft paint *ONLY* for an example of an idea I have. I am NOT a designer at all, as you can easily see -- and these designs are terrible as you can see ;)
This is just an way to communicate to you ONE possible example. You are welcome to come up with any ideas you choose. Feel free to let your creativity loose and come up with whatever you think is the most inspirational!
I do, however, really love the idea of a silhouette of a person with arms in the air, celebrating life, full of personal power, looking into a new day as the sun rises! Again, the sun and silhouette look very poor in my quick design…but it’s just to communicate my idea.
I’m not sure about how to arrange the words “Michael Norman TV”, what fonts to use, or how to make it look stunning. I’ll leave that up to you. I do love red, yellow and blue as colours.
It’s your choice if you think you can fit in a DOT between MichaelNorman and TV and still make it look great (but the dot is not so important).
This is a big, high-traffic, professional online TV show I’m launching, so I’m looking for a logo that is unique, appeals to a younger audience but still very classy, powerful, inspirational, with mass market appeal. The logo needs to be clean, polished, and I think 3D looks best (not flat -- unless you can prove me wrong).
The logo will be used on the website, and also for branding in a corner of videos with moving scenes behind it – so needs to suit both.
