Software consulting company. FlexiEle means "Flexible Elephant". We have developed an ERP which is big but very flexible to cater any change request. Flexibility is the key.

We like these fonts, colors and style
1.Color -- Preferably Red and Grey. But i'm open to go with the creative designer suggetions.Red to show energy.
2. You can use letter f and e to show flying trunk of an elephant to show flexibiltiy and ambition.
3.You can create a globe to show the world and one side letter F and another side letter e to represent we can cater to the whole world's requirement.
4. You can combine f and e the way i tried to do in the attached file. But i myself not happy with this.
5. You can show some flying impression which should reflect aggressiveness and energy
I'd suggest use your creativity and come up with a sober logo.

Designers --> PLEASE dont show / create the elephant in the logo. Showing complete elephant is a big NO.
