Professional, courteous,
What we do
Inland Empire Grease Pumping (dba Grease Masters) is a 26 year old grease trap pumping services company. Recently we have joined forces with Promethean Biofuels, an alternative energy company, and have now started collecting not only the dirty trap grease, but the used kitchen oil as well.
We now believe we have the "greenest" solution to recycling used cooking oil.
Industry: Service Industries
Things to communicate through the design
1. Proven service history.
2. No job too big or small.
3. Focus on serving the community as a greener and better alternative.
The target audience
We have three types of customers:
1. Restaurants
2. Markets and other places with kitchens.
3. Food processing companies (like frozen food manufacturers or potato chip makers)
We have to appeal to both the small 'mom and pop' as well as the larger chains. Our current customers include Costco, Jack in the Box, Arby's, and smaller chains like The Happy Greek.
We deal with fats, oils, and grease, which are the leading cause of sewer outages in the United States.
Most of our customers have male decision-makers, thirties, working in the food service industry. Some are franchise owners who will tend to have college educations or business backgrounds. They all are looking for almost an invisible service provider, where if they don't see it or smell it all is well.
