What we do
A title insurance agency handles residential and commercial real estate closings. We are tasked with issuing title insurance policies. The process involves title examination, preparation of legal instruments to clear, convey and/or encumber title, coordination/communication with all parties to the transaction, settlement and disbursement of funds.

Our clients consist of mortgage loan officers, mortgage brokers, lenders, real estate agents, builders, buyers and sellers.
demographics: unisex, 18yo+, all occupations, education and industries.
We like these fonts, colors and style
We prefer blue and gold as we have used these colors in our marketing materials for 10+ years. Would consider a change though.
Google "Farscape" font. It's the font that was used in the Farscape sci-fii series and is what we currently use. Again - we are open to change and realize this font is not as legible as others (we just have a few thousand pens, post cards, envelopes and coffee mugs in this font...)
Looking for a unique innovative idea/image to convey prestige. The image should be easily discernible, whether it appears on a billboard or a pen.
Logo should make our clients want to close their $5 millon deal with us.

Would like to see ideas that work equally well on white and dark blue backgrounds.
