What we do
Provide lodging for guests visiting historic Gettysburg PA USA as well as surrounding areas. The Inn sits on an 80 acre farm and was originally built in the 1830's. It is surrounded by apple orchards, grape vineyards, and the applachian mountains. In addition, it has also been in the family for 4 generations and creates a feeling of nostalgia for folks visiting the area. Guests will be able to rent the entire house rather than just individual rooms and will have access to the full property.

The target audience
Visitors and families from large cities ...(Washington DC, Philadelphia, and New York City are all within a few hours drive). Folks who want a break from noise, technology, and stimulation. Guests will have the opportunity to pick their own apples when in season and they may witness grapes being harvested. They will be able to hike the grounds to an overlook area. We expect a combination of history buffs visiting Gettysburg as well as those looking for a short "getaway".
We like these fonts, colors and style
We are open to all suggestions including: silhouettes (any color background); combination of apples and grapes together; 3D images; apple tree incorporating grapes.
Not too busy and not too many colors.
Stay away from corporate fonts...more of a rustic/historic feel.
Something that stays classy over time.
Would like to see an image alone as well as an image that uses the words AppleVine Inn. We may use just the image on various items without the words but are open to either way.
We are not fans of just red and green together (looks like Christmas).
Logo should be able to be seen if printed on a black and white printer (does not mean colors are black and white). We will be using this on signs, napkins, cards, hats, etc.
