What we do
Meant as a holding company for various businesses. Primary forms of income at this time are strategic IT consulting and IT staffing. Will be developing IT and consumer sites and products. Will be the holding company of CIOTOCIO.COM, CIORESOURCES.COM, THEDAILYCIO.COM and CIOWORKBENCH.COM.
I also need to decide if the name should be thoughtgarden, THOUGHTGARDEN, Thoughtgarden (likely) or ThoughtGarden (unlikely)

The target audience
high tech CXO level purchasers ... but those that appreciate style and uniqueness
We like these fonts, colors and style

... are each great ... although again I am really hoping the "logo part" will also be able to stand on it's own
I have also seen a few logos with a "sheen" or "glare" to them that are really sleek. Finally, very subtle 1100001 (this is the year 97) kind of binary in the logo would be great ... nature ... zen ... digital ... etc.
Also, we are putting comments in each logo that we has "elements we like" or is ranked to help everyone in the contest. Not sure if everyone can see those or not.
I did go off and try to find an example of a stroke I'd like to experiment with ...
