30-60 years of age; mostly male; primarily US based; often Chief Financial Officers/Company Executives/Board of Directors and/or Private Equity Investors, but also some mid-level accounting staff; generally high levels of income and education; value deep technical expertise (that they potentially don't have), honesty, reliability, and straightforwardness; industries vary, but all have a financial/accounting experience in common
